Alright, I don't want another Melty incident, so I'm going to come out and say this before White Knights starting make theories or Pao decides to point fingers again:

Alright, recently Pao got tricked into believing that Dan and Swampy were going to make Marie a canon character. Yes, I am being serious. She made a journal and everything. For any of you who have a life outside your computer screen, you probably know that this would be impossible. However, Pao bought it for awhile before the real Swampy told her it isn't gonna happen. She was tricked by a fake. Her deviation on that is here:

Several people have been curious about the identity of the prankster. I am here to tell you that it is....not me. Yeah. Just clearing the air on that. It's not me, so don't go pointing fingers. And honestly? I WISH it was me. If it were me, I guarantee you would be bragging right now. Tricking a 20-something year old woman into believing this is something I would be proud of. But sadly, I cannot take credit for it. I want to, but then the real prankster would call me out.

Fact is, this prank happened somewhere on Facebook or Twitter or something. I don't use Facebook. My account is dead as shit. And I don't even know how to use Twitter. I've never even tried to because I don't care for that bullshit. Whoever did do the prank...if you see this, then well done. I wouldn't have suspected Pao would have fallen for this.

Next thing I want to address: The whole idea of it all. For those of you who are out of touch with the real world, here's the fact: Dan and Swampy can't even LOOK at fanwork let alone use it!

I'm sorry. I honestly feel like I am insulting your intelligence by saying this. But since so many White Knights are currently saying Pao shoulda have just shown him Marie then and there during this conversation, I felt this needed to be addressed. I am in awe of the amount of ignorance displayed by them, so, just in case, I'm saying it all to you. Truth is, even if Dan and Swampy were not bound by this law, they still wouldn't use fan-characters. Only a handful among the thousands of existing OCs are high enough quality and less than half of those actually fit with the show's style. I'm honestly glad that Dan and Swampy can't see fanwork. If they could see us, they would be ashamed. So ashamed, I wouldn't be surprised if they just cut Phineas and Ferb entirely out of sheer disappointment in what the shows fandom is like.

So, moral of the story: Dan and Swampy can't accept our work, they can't look at our work, and they probably wouldn't like our work. Me included. This goes for OCs, fanfiction...EVERYTHING that isn't just artwork of CANON Phineas and Ferb characters. So stop begging for your work or anyone else's work to be in the show. It's not gonna happen. Quit sending emails, comments, and messages to Dan and Swampy with crap related to your fanwork. They can't look at it and it's only spam.

Sorry if I'm being short with you all, but this kinda of ignorance and ego-centered attitude pisses me off.
